In order to prevent these deaths, it is critical that every worker uses a certified fall arrest system while working at any height over six feet. Often there are instances when construction, restoration or up gradation work in going on in the building premises and there is labour manpower which is working on the site. There might be a requirement for the workers involved in the construction process to access the upper or higher areas of the building. Generally, people who have been involved in the construction processes, tend to become a little bit careless when it comes to following safety regulations or procedures while accessing these higher locations.

These can be potentially dangerous situations wherein there is a risk for the worker being involved in an accident at the higher location of the building resulting in partial or complete damage to the worker.
